Job Description

Quality Ecosystem Lead

CSL

• Define ecosystem-specific standards • Support maturity build & value, identify required efforts (w/ OE) • Monitor value capture & drive accountability • Contribute to key initiatives • Implement and coach leadership ecosystem within function • Lead key cross-site initiatives raised through T4 CBN/CI review • Provide a positive and equitable working environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or BS degree in a Technical or Business Field
  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Lean and Six Sigma proficiency preferred, certifications in Lean and Six Sigma a plus
  • Worked within operational or functional roles in key leadership roles such as Value stream lead, Deployment Lead, etc.
  • Previous experience in Lean production system implementation
  • Experience of aligning global processes across multiple sites
  • Experience in coaching senior leaders
  • Experience in implementation of lean operating model including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, in process excellence and performance improvement tools.
  • Experience deploying goals at high level
