You'll collaborate with: - Project managers - Engagement leads - Scrum Masters - Program managers - Other project controllers under the leadership of the team lead No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together with the mission of: - Ensuring the quality control of project data - Communicating data points requiring attention - Actively participating in the continuous improvement of our project management processes What to Expect Your day to day will look like this: - Ensure monitoring and control of key data related to project and company performance - Act as a liaison between project management teams and Finance to support planning, forecasting, and opportunity analysis - Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, processes, tools, and best practices in project management - Support managers in the use of management platforms (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams) and participate in the onboarding of new members - Coordinate the management of team capacity, including roles, allocations, rates, compliance, and follow-ups with clients Qualifications - Excellent mastery of Excel - Strong communication skills in French and English - Strong interest in project management, finance, and continuous improvement - Ability to demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of organization - Comfort in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment - Collaborative, creative spirit oriented towards learning and professional development - French is required to communicate with clients and partners located in Quebec Benefits - Remote work: The choice is yours, work from home or from one of our offices - Vacation: Everyone at Ateko has at least 4 weeks of vacation and 5 personal days - Insurance: You're covered as of your first day of work and have 3 policies to choose from (Ateko pays half of the coverage fee) - Telemedicine: Ateko covers your access to the Dialogue app, which offers virtual healthcare and mental health support - Group RRSP: If you contribute, Ateko will match up to 2% of your annual salary - Professional development: Your goals are part of our journey.
