• Own the operational execution of Global Enablement programs, ensuring onboarding, certifications, recurring initiatives, and strategic projects are delivered consistently and on schedule. • Manage and optimize the Enablement technology ecosystem, including learning platforms, knowledge repositories, project management tools, and enablement resources to support a scalable learning environment. • Design, document, and continuously improve enablement workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive operational excellence, consistency, and scalability across the business. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate enablement initiatives, support product launches, and improve organizational readiness. • Own the governance of the Global Enablement knowledge base, ensuring learning content, playbooks, documentation, and resources remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving business priorities. • Develop and maintain enablement reporting and operational dashboards, providing leadership with actionable insights into program adoption, certification completion, operational health, and overall enablement effectiveness. • Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance the experience for learners, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Serve as the operational backbone of the Global Enablement organization, enabling Trainers, Managers, and Leadership to execute high-impact enablement programs through strong systems, processes, documentation, and operational support.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Program Coordination, Project Management, Revenue Operations, or a related operational role within a SaaS or B2B organization.
  • Experience supporting learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or operational enablement functions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience documenting workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting to improve operational performance.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tool
  • Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar enablement technologies.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • French or Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
