Role Description We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Work From Home Travel Planning Coordinator to join our growing remote team. As a Work From Home Travel Planning Coordinator, you will: - Communicate with clients to learn about their travel preferences, schedules, budgets, and vacation goals. - Research destinations, compare accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities to help clients find options that best fit their needs. - Assist with coordinating reservations, organizing customized itineraries, confirming important travel details, and ensuring all documentation is accurate before departure. Success in this role requires: - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent time management. - The ability to handle multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism. - Enjoyment of working independently while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
