Qualifications: - 7-10+ years of experience in wealth management or comprehensive financial planning - CFP® designation or actively working toward completion - Ability to obtain and maintain required industry registrations and licenses - Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and wealth management strategies - Experience with tax-aware planning is highly desirable - Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals and families - Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence - Ability to ask for and cultivate referrals through trusted client relationships without relying on cold prospecting - Flexible and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset - Team-oriented and client-focused, with the ability to partner effectively across functions
