• You will be responsible for creating an enterprise quality Optimisation and ML based solution • You will be involved in technology selection, API design, and establishing core patterns within our products and client projects • You will consider the functional and non-functional requirements to inform these decisions and lead our development team in implementing them • You will work with our world class Optimisation, Data Science and Data Engineering teams to provide robust, high quality, performant cloud based solutions for our customers • This is not a role for someone who doesn’t love development • Our engineers are expected to prove solutions and contribute to the development team, as well as reviewing code and driving improvement to our development practice and processes • At the same time, you need to be a great communicator: the role includes direct interaction with our clients and business stakeholders, which are a mixture of technical and non-technical audiences • Writing enterprise quality solutions, with extensive experience and familiarity with how enterprise software solutions fit into a wider technical landscape • Creating hybrid serverless and containerised solutions to execute optimisation, data science and ML models • Contributing to existing deployment pipelines and cloud IaC deployment packages • Understanding and relating customer/business needs to the technical solutions we create • Liaising with the customer, product owners and programme architects to ensure that the work we are doing is correct and architecturally sound • Making technology and approach choices to meet NFRs whilst delivering good value for money

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python • Integrate and support Pindrop solutions including authentication, fraud detection workflows, and SDK/API usage • Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications • Integrate backend services with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB • Write clean, efficient, testable code following best practices for performance, maintainability, and security • Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI • Set up monitoring, logging, and observability using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Splunk logging • Collaborate on infrastructure automation using CloudFormation and Terraform • Assist in migration projects from legacy contact center platforms to Amazon Connect

• Propose and implement best practices related to cloud architecture, security, governance, scalability, and reliability. • Write and maintain Terraform configurations to manage GCP infrastructure as code. • Design and maintain infrastructure, network, topology, and service diagrams across Development, QA, and Production environments. • Support and optimize CI/CD lifecycle processes and deployment workflows. • Collaborate with technical teams to guide cloud implementation strategies and operational excellence initiatives. • Take ownership of assigned cloud environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance. • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams regarding cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Administer, support, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Server and Project Server (PWA) environments hosted on AWS. • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, development, and PMO teams. • Ensure system availability, performance, security, and compliance. • Manage SharePoint farms, site collections, web applications, content databases, service applications, and permissions. • Configure, support, and troubleshoot SharePoint workflows. • Plan and execute on‑premises to AWS migrations for SharePoint and Project Server environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, availability, search, and service application configurations. • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and platform configurations.
