• Develop and lead the company’s data and analytics strategy, establishing the priorities, architecture, tools, and team required to support continued growth • Build executive and functional dashboards that provide clear visibility into company performance, customer behavior, marketing efficiency, retention, channel economics, inventory, and operational trends • Establish a trusted source of truth through consistent metric definitions, scalable reporting, data quality standards, and effective governance • Partner with leaders across Growth, eCommerce, Retail, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to turn business questions into actionable insights, forecasts, and recommendations • Develop the company’s AI and advanced analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, decision-making, automation, and customer understanding • Oversee data privacy, access controls, vendor risk, cybersecurity practices, and incident readiness in partnership with internal stakeholders and external experts • Build and lead a high-performing data and analytics team while fostering greater data fluency and self-service capabilities across the organization
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience across data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or data engineering, including experience leading a data or analytics function
- Proven success building scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics capabilities within a high-growth organization
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture, business intelligence platforms, data modeling, governance, and data quality
- Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation to analytics, forecasting, reporting, or business operations
- Strong commercial understanding of DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, performance marketing, or another data-intensive consumer business
- Working knowledge of data privacy, information security, access controls, and cybersecurity risk management
- Exceptional business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and complex analysis into clear executive recommendations
