• Lead customer engagements as the primary technical authority, owning architecture decisions and driving measurable outcomes across complex, multi-workstream implementations • Partner with customer executives and senior technical leadership to define platform strategy, develop long-term roadmaps, and align Snowflake capabilities to business objectives • Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined, scalable technical solutions, with clear delivery paths and risk-mitigation strategies • Serve as the trusted escalation point for technical challenges within engagements, unblocking delivery teams and resolving architectural issues • Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake, setting standards for scalability, performance, security, and operability across the customer's environment • Define and champion MLOps practices within customer organizations, covering model deployment pipelines, monitoring, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management • Drive adoption of Snowflake's AI product suite through architecture leadership and hands-on delivery • Lead replatforming efforts for complex AI/ML workloads onto Snowflake, coordinating across customer engineering, data science, and platform teams • Act as a bridge between SD delivery, Go-to-Market, and Snowflake product teams, channeling customer feedback to influence product direction • Mentor and provide technical direction to junior architects and consultants within engagements • Contribute to the development of reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and delivery accelerators for the broader PD organization

• Ensure the evolution, stability and performance of the e-commerce platform through the development and maintenance of backend solutions in Magento. • Collaborate to continuously improve code quality and infrastructure. • Support the platform in production, working on bug fixes and performance improvements. • Participate in code reviews, receiving and applying technical feedback. • Contribute to existing integrations (ERPs, custom payment methods, anti-fraud) under technical guidance. • Work on CI/CD pipelines: builds, deployments, automations and environment troubleshooting. • Support configuration and maintenance of environments (staging, production), containers and infrastructure services. • Diagnose infrastructure and application incidents (indexers, OpenSearch, cache, queues, PHP-FPM, Nginx) with team support. • Monitor the platform via Grafana and Sentry, identifying alerts and suspicious patterns.

• As a Principal Software Engineer - GoLang, you will work within the Engineering department to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions by contributing to the products and infrastructure for CIQ. • You will also maintain our systems' capacity and performance. • You need to be able to troubleshoot and improve applications and processes. • You’ll analyze current code and industry developments to design engineering solutions to solve problems and create seamless user experiences. • Leading and participating in architecture-level discussions, planning, and implementation. • Researching to ensure that what we are building is always the best path forward. • Documenting projects to share knowledge and facilitate integration for users. • Driving proof of concepts and minimal viable products for demonstration. • Supporting multiple services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews. • Improving products by collaborating with Engineering teams, Product teams, Sales teams, and open-source communities (as needed) on optimal and relevant solutions while sharing knowledge. • Designing and guiding solutions by filling the gap in ambiguous requirements.
