Our firm is partnering with an engineering organization developing next-generation mobile platforms designed for demanding operational environments. The concept exists, and the major components have already been selected. 2D layouts and a master component list are in place. The team is now entering a critical stage where a senior engineer is needed to formalize the integration architecture and ensure the platform is technically sound, buildable, and scalable. This is not a traditional engineering support role; this is a systems architecture engagement. Due to competitive sensitivity, some technical details are intentionally limited until later in the process. The Challenge You’ll take an already functioning concept and transform it into an integrated system that can move confidently toward prototype and production. The work spans: - Power generation, storage, and distribution - Structural integration and load management - Environmental survivability - Safety and risk mitigation - Documentation built for repeatable manufacturing and technical validation This project sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and practical deployment. What You’ll Own You’ll operate as the senior integration architect, bringing cohesion across electrical, structural, and environmental systems. Core responsibilities include: - System-level architecture integrating power, communications, and control - Mobile electrical design including: - Battery and solar architecture - Inverter and generator integration - Load modeling and power balancing - Grounding strategy and protection design - Structural considerations including weight distribution, vibration mitigation, and mounting strategy - Environmental hardening decisions (thermal management, EMI awareness) - Integration risk assessments (failure modes, redundancy, scalability) - Documentation suitable for fabrication, repeatability, and future expansion - Technical outputs that support CAD/rendering workflows and stakeholder validation You will not be starting from scratch — your role is to validate, refine, and formalize. • Support high-level measurement and reporting needs of various patient care quality, safety, and efficiency improvement initiatives • Develop specifications to meet requested analytic and reporting needs • Manage data sets, validate data integrity, and audit data • Analyze and document business processes • Provide high-level summaries and interpretations of both internal and external data analyses and reports • Perform advanced data mining and data modeling

• Develop, customize, and design telesales applications, mostly written in VB, and interact with the rest of the team, working across different layers of the same infrastructure. • Programming logic (object-oriented programming and its key concepts). • Development in VB; proficient in C# with a good understanding of its ecosystems. • Use of source code version control tools (Git). • Good familiarity with the .NET platform and MVC/MVVM architectures; experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases; HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.

• The Junior Systems Engineer helps design, build, automate, and support infrastructure across our AWS first environment, with additional systems hosted in Azure, GCP, and our colocation facility. • This role is ideal for someone early in their engineering career who has foundational experience with cloud technologies, identity services, Windows/Linux systems, and basic automation—and who is ready to grow into a full systems engineer focused on architecture, performance, automation, and large scale systems work. • You will collaborate closely with other technical resources and cross functional teams to enhance the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure while learning engineering best practices across cloud, identity, automation, and systems architecture. • Assist in the design, maintenance, and modernization of Microsoft Active Directory and related identity systems. • Support AD forest/domain structure, OU design, and Group Policy lifecycle management. • Troubleshoot complex identity and authentication issues involving AD, DNS, certificates, cloud identity connectors, and application integrations. • Participate in identity modernization projects such as: Azure AD/Entra ID integrations, Federation / SSO improvements, Conditional access and MFA hardening, Domain cleanup, consolidation, and lifecycle updates, Contribute to AD automation using PowerShell, DSC, or infrastructure as code patterns. • Assist in designing and implementing infrastructure in AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, networking, storage). • Gain exposure to supporting parallel environments in Azure, GCP, and on prem/colo infrastructure. • Participate in planning and assisting with large system deployments, migrations, and upgrades, including: Hybrid → cloud migrations, SQL Server upgrades and data migrations, Identity modernization initiatives, Container platform upgrades (ECS/EKS, Kubernetes clusters) Support environment build outs including provisioning, validation, documentation, and post deployment testing. • Support Windows Server and Linux environments, including updates, troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.
