• Act as the technical owner for Credit Risk applications and services • Ensure applications remain stable, secure, resilient, and available • Provide Level 3 production support for incidents, problems, and service requests • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs • Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and business teams to minimize service disruption • Design, develop, test, and implement new features, enhancements, and defect fixes • Deliver regulatory, compliance, and business-driven changes • Maintain and improve existing applications while reducing technical debt • Ensure all developments follow change management and release processes • Participate in production deployments and post-release validation • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and support engineers • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices • Promote high-quality software design, testing, security, and maintainability • Drive knowledge sharing and maintain technical documentation • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities • Provide technical expertise during incident management and problem resolution • Collaborate with third-party vendors where required • Support audit, risk, and compliance initiatives related to managed applications.

• Define and evolve the overall system architecture for the platform • Design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems • Lead architectural decisions for real-time communication, data persistence, and service orchestration • Create and maintain architecture documentation, ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), and technical roadmaps • Evaluate and recommend technology choices for new features and platform improvements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams • Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews for critical components • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to align technical solutions with business goals • Prototype and implement complex technical solutions when needed • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues • Optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization

• Develop and maintain web applications using the .NET Framework and ASP.NET. • Work on both legacy systems and modernization initiatives. • Build integrations between systems and APIs. • Participate in evolutionary and corrective maintenance and application support. • Contribute to architectural and performance improvements. • Support technology migration processes when needed.
