Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider – NP/PA

• Manage a clinical panel of patients with sleep disorders that commonly travel with migraine. • Conduct independent telehealth visits for the evaluation and ongoing management of sleep disorders. • Ordering and interpreting home sleep apnea tests. • Managing PAP therapy initiation, titration, and long-term adherence. • Prescribing and managing digital therapeutics for insomnia and pharmacologic treatments when clinically indicated. • Collaborating closely with our headache specialists to coordinate care for patients with comorbid migraine. • Documenting clinical findings thoughtfully and advising on clinical protocols as we scale the sleep program.

Job Requirements

  • An active, unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or PMHNP) or Physician Assistant, with active DEA registration.
  • 2+ years of experience in sleep medicine (or strong sleep exposure in pulmonology, neurology, or primary care).
  • Comfort navigating home sleep testing workflows, PAP management, and insomnia care.
  • Experience or high comfort level with Telehealth, virtual care, and building real rapport with patients through a screen.
  • Comfort navigating early-stage startup ambiguity and evolving clinical workflows.
  • A genuine passion for helping patients feel seen, supported, and understood.
  • Nice to haves: Active clinical licenses in Texas or Washington; experience with digital therapeutics (e.g., prescription CBT-I); prior exposure to headache medicine.
