Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
- Strong experience designing and improving operational systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning capability.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
- Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
- AI-First Operations Experience We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout operational leadership. Experience using AI for:
- SOP creation
