Role Description Estamos ampliando nosso time e buscamos um(a) Analista Funcional CRM Salesforce Sênior para atuar em projetos estratégicos, apoiando clientes na evolução de suas plataformas Salesforce. Se você possui perfil consultivo, facilidade para entender processos de negócio e experiência com Sales Cloud ou Service Cloud, essa vaga pode ser sua! - Habilitar e configurar recursos declarativos do Salesforce para atender às necessidades do projeto (Gestão de objetos, gestão de usuários, carga de dados, criação de indicadores e demais recursos das nuvens de Sales e/ou Service); - Criar automações utilizando Flows, Regras de validação, Workflows e Process Builders; - Atuar nas interações com o cliente (e-mails, reuniões, apresentações, testes, homologações, etc.); - Realizar o treinamento aos usuários da plataforma; - Apoiar equipe de desenvolvimento no entendimento do ambiente parametrizado; - Entender e auxiliar na documentação das demandas, requisitos, necessidades, fluxos e processos relacionados às questões técnicas e de negócio do projeto; - Gerar documentação do projeto; - Registro das atividades realizadas com foco nas horas gastas por cliente e/ou projeto; - Responder aos chamados Service Cloud; - Pesquisar novas ferramentas e inovações no mercado, que auxiliem a sua área na empresa. Qualifications - Experiência comprovada em implementação de projetos Salesforce (Sales e/ou Service Cloud), nas dimensões: governança, processos, automação e sustentação; - Habilidade no entendimento e documentação dos requisitos do negócio; - Conhecimento sobre soluções analíticas para gestão de indicadores e KPIs; - Formação: Análise de Sistemas, Gerenciamento de Projetos ou áreas afins; - Conhecimentos em Métodos Ágeis para gestão de projetos; - Gestão de Ambientes, Configuração e Versionamento; - Conhecimento em integração Salesforce com outras plataformas. Requirements - Ter certificação Salesforce Administrador Salesforce; - Conhecimento em AgentForce (IA generativa da Salesforce); - Conhecimento em Omni Channel e integração de atendimento com chat, redes sociais e whatsapp.

Role Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative involving the migration of Caterpillar's Digital Support organization from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
