Qualifications - 4+ years in business analyst, product analyst/PM, or consulting roles in healthcare (provider, payer, or health tech). - Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including claims processing, prior authorization, provider workflows, and regulatory compliance. - Experience working with AI-driven solutions, data analysis, or healthcare IT systems (EHRs, HL7, FHIR, APIs). - Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. - Experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working with development teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
