Subrogation Desk Appraiser
Alacrity Solutions
The role of Subrogation Desk Appraiser involves determining the scope and cost of repairs for damage caused by collision or other risks. The appraiser reviews estimates and/or photos of the damaged vehicle and works to reach a mutually acceptable settlement with the adverse insurance company or other party. Review inbound demand for collision, total loss, and other material damage losses, making changes based on industry standard procedures. Obtain agreement on scope and cost of repairs. Ensure that repair estimates and supplements are properly documented as required. Provide written reports on adjustments.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience with CCC/Pathways or equivalent (Audatex, Mitchell, WebEst, etc.)
- Experience as a body shop estimator, independent field appraiser, or insurance carrier staff appraiser.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Work from Home

Follow up with payors, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of all credentialing processes. Build and maintain relationships with Insurance representatives throughout the credentialing process to ensure up-to-date and timely responses. Navigate through several different state portals to obtain the proper information to begin the credentialing or recredentialing process. Interpret and apply plan-specific rules and state requirements for credentialing in each assigned region. This role will lead regional teams, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth. This position is designated as a remote role, with regular travel required to support all of our branches throughout the West Region. Position Overview The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of multiple lifting and rigging facilities within an assigned region.
