Site Engagement Liaison
ICON plc
Role Description As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. - Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. - Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. - Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes. - The role requires travelling, conducting SIV, reviewing MVR and supporting CRA´s during all along the study process. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience as CRA/Sr. CRA, preferred CTM experience. - Demonstrated experience in site management with prior experience as a site monitor/CRA. - Demonstrated experience in start-up activities through to site activation. - Demonstrated experience in conduct and close-out activities. - Demonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. - Fluent in English & Hebrew. - Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%).
