Data Entry Operator, Full Time

Burjline Builders

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our databases and computer systems. • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output for accuracy. • Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks to ensure all information is complete and up to date. • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is organised effectively. • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data preservation. • Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with data security policies when handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
  • Superb organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
