Shipper Solutions Lead
RXO, Inc.
• Control de Inventario: Comunicación con almacén sobre la producción en tiempo, así como de las órdenes de compra asignadas a Coyote y a las líneas transportistas. • Monitoreo: Monitoreo satelital de las unidades para su coordinado ingreso y salida de almacén. • Ingreso de Unidades: Coordinar el ingreso de operadores de acuerdo a los tiempos de carga y espacio dentro de almacén. • Supervisión de Operaciones de Carga: Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de carga de mercancías en el almacén. • Seguridad y Cumplimiento: Garantizar que todos los operadores cuenten con equipo de seguridad y sigan los lineamientos de planta/almacén. • Salida de Unidades: Gestionar documentación de salida (CCP) y unidad satelital en funcionamiento. • Comunicación y Coordinación: Actuar como enlace entre Coyote, Líneas transportistas y almacén. • Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y resolver problemas operativos que puedan surgir durante las actividades de carga y descarga. • Reporte y Documentación: Mantener registros precisos de las actividades diarias y reportar cualquier incidencia o desviación.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 años de experiencia en roles de supervisión dentro de un almacén o entorno de logística.
- Experiencia previa en manejo de inventarios y gestión de equipos.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para identificar problemas y encontrar soluciones efectivas en tiempo.
- Familiaridad con términos logísticos e industria logística.
- Competencia en el uso de herramientas de Microsoft Office.

Qualifications - Board Certified (or Board Eligible) and Licensed to practice medicine in the state of practice. - Current DEA registration. - Experience with procedures including suturing and drainage of abscesses. - Experience with reading diagnostic studies including x-rays and EKGs. - BLS certification (we will provide this if needed). - Meets eligibility requirements for credentialing set forth by WellStreet Urgent Care. - Experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred. - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and other employees. Role Description We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join our team as a Supervising Physician, responsible for overseeing and supporting Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) in Mississippi and Alabama. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of care through supervisory oversight, compliance with state regulations, and effective collaboration with mid-level clinicians. Key Responsibilities - Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and consultation to PMHNPs in accordance with state-specific regulations and best practices. - Ensure adherence to state laws regarding physician supervision requirements, including frequency of chart reviews, consultative sessions, and other supervisory duties as mandated. - Participate in quality assurance initiatives, reviewing patient charts, treatment plans, and other documentation as needed to maintain high standards of care. - Work closely with PMHNPs to address clinical questions, review complex cases, and provide insights to enhance patient care and outcomes. - Be available for regular check-ins, virtual consultations, and prompt responses to clinical questions as necessary to support the PMHNP team.
