Job Description

Telehealth General Neurologist

Neura Health

This role involves evaluating and examining patients with neurological complaints, providing diagnoses and care plans, and supporting patients through their health journeys. Evaluate and examine patients with neurological complaints Provide diagnoses and care plans to guide patients toward health goals across diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and more Review labs and imaging appropriate for patient care Provide regular follow-up appointments to adjust medications Offer chat-based support to patients Generate educational content for online blogs and content library

Job Requirements

  • Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in Neurology, or board eligibility
  • Strong clinical skills, including active listening, sound medical judgment, technical proficiency, and effective decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
  • Alignment with Neura’s culture and values: empathetic, mission-driven, precise, transparent, compassionate, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain medical licenses in California, New York, and additional states through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), as requested
  • Neura will cover the cost of obtaining these licenses
  • Neura will provide a one-time payment equivalent to four (4) hours of compensation for completion of additional state licensure paperwork
  • All requested licensure paperwork must be completed within one (1) week of the initial request to receive the payment

  • Patient Experience & Clinical Quality: Strong patient satisfaction ratings and consistent delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Provider Availability: Meets or exceeds established availability targets and scheduling expectations
  • Clinical Documentation: Timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation that meets organizational standards
  • Care Coordination: Completion of required handoff forms at or near 100% to ensure seamless continuity of care
