Role Description This role is for a Customer Service Representative in the Atlanta, GA Metro area, working remotely during the evening shift from 10am to 7pm. You’ll never be bored in this role – Functions as a customer service-oriented salesperson. Processes, modifies, and updates customer information and escalates complaints through communication channels. Successful employees must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers. Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service-related calls, the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers, and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers.
