Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, Compliance Officer, or in another in-house legal or compliance role. - Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to legal, compliance, or knowledge-work workflows. - Strong understanding of legal document management, contract review, compliance processes, and responsible AI usage in confidential environments. - Experience creating practical frameworks, playbooks, templates, or internal documentation that improve legal team efficiency. - Professional fluency in English. Requirements - Experience designing training materials, courses, workshops, or enablement content (Nice to Have). - Familiarity with legal-tech platforms such as Ironclad AI, Ivo, or similar solutions (Nice to Have). - Experience collaborating with instructional design or learning teams (Nice to Have). - Availability to work within European time zones (Nice to Have).
