Job Description

Account Executive – Austria

Eye Security

• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle and manage it from prospecting to contract closure. • You work directly with end customers and act as the primary point of contact for your assigned partners (brokers and MSPs) to ensure close collaboration, partner support and deal progression. • You build and maintain the pipeline, primarily by engaging partners and following up on marketing and partner leads. • You apply the principles of solution selling: you identify customers' pains, communicate the value of risk reduction, and explain why Eye’s solutions are worth the investment. • You identify growth opportunities in your assigned region and within the partner network. • You collaborate with product and marketing teams and represent Eye at industry events.

Job Requirements

  • You have a proven track record of closing SaaS or software solutions, preferably in cyber security.
  • You demonstrate strong customer-focused skills in needs analysis and solution selling.

  • You are familiar with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and apply them appropriately.
  • You are motivated, proactive, and have a strong sense of ownership.
  • You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and have very good English skills (company language is English).
  • You should be willing to travel approximately 40%, although many meetings take place remotely.

Benefits

  • An attractive compensation package and bonus payments
  • Car allowance and flexible vacation days for additional time off
  • MacBook or Windows laptop and an iPhone or Samsung company phone
  • Comprehensive support for your personal and professional development
  • Regular company-wide meetings that give you the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong team relationships
