Job Description
Fleet Logistics Specialist
RTX
• Analyze unit level spare part fill rates to determine sourcing, shipping, and/or redistribution of F135 propulsion spares • Directly engage with customers to support material requests for Priority 1 -2 part requisitions to support fleet global availability goals • Support and action the movement of spares for site activations when assigned • Responsible for actioning Source of Repair (SOR) requests from unit level and deployed location
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree
- 5 years of inventory management, supply chain, or engine maintenance experience OR An advanced degree with 3 years of inventory management, supply chain, or engine maintenance experience
- Active Security Clearance preferred
- A minimum of 3+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and EXCEL (formulas VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Analytical skills are a must for an FLS; individual must be able to organize, logically analyze and present spares information that may be pulled in from several info systems
- At least 1 years of extensive experience in SAP spares-related transactions
