• Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive the growth and market presence of the company in the country, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics; • Ensure adherence to local regulations and work closely with legal teams to comply with all standards. Coordinate the submission of necessary documentation and approval processes with regulatory bodies; • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry associations to influence policy and advocate for favorable regulatory frameworks for the industry; • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the footprint and user base within the country. Lead market entry strategies and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals; • Serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, including customers, partners, media, and community groups. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility; • Oversee P&L and daily operations, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of 10+ years in a senior manager role, in a similar capacity: Demonstrated experience in navigating regulatory environments and working with government agencies and policy makers. Demonstrated ability in market expansion and business development;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company to external stakeholders and in public forums;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to formulate strategic plans;
  • Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader that takes ownership and is able to run an innovative sustainable operation with little guidance;
  • A passion for crypto and digital assets. We are trying to change an entire industry and it will take time. Passion is what gets you excited to come into work every morning.

The Technical Manager will provide functional and project leadership of a transmission line engineering team consisting of engineers, designers, and technicians. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering required from ABET accredited university or equivalent. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Transmission Line design required. - Experience in consulting engineering is preferred. - PE registration is required. - Prior management experience preferred. - Must be analytical, self-motivated, and possess the ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude. - Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, public, and external agencies. - Possesses a high level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timeliness. - Excellent presentation and verbal/written communications skills. - Displays a high level of initiative and explores new opportunities while understanding the risk to the organization. - Be a strong team player and advocate of “First Team” concept. - Experienced with PLS-CADD and ability to train new users. - Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). - Must have authorization to work permanently in the US.
