Reporting to the Controller, you will serve as a critical leader within our Finance team and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Operations. What you will do - Audit Leadership: Lead preparation and compliance efforts for the year-end financial audit, ensuring accurate documentation and support for revenue and AR. - Proactively identify opportunities to introduce AI tools and automation into day-to-day accounting and billing workflows; collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate manual tasks and drive operational efficiency across the board. - Advanced Month-End Close: Take a lead role in month-end close tasks, including complex revenue recognition analysis, contract reviews, general ledger account reconciliations, and AR aging analysis. - Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reports to provide leadership with actionable insights into revenue and aging trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner as a key advisor within the Finance team and collaborate cross-functionally across departments to streamline billing workflows and resolve systemic issues. - Billing & AR Ownership: Oversee and optimize billing systems to ensure customers and distributors are billed on time and with full accuracy. Role Description We are looking for iOS engineers to build the native iOS experience for BJAK's finance super app. This role is for someone who cares about clean user flows, fast performance, product quality and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers. - Build and ship iOS features using Swift. - Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services. - Work with product and design to simplify complex user journeys. - Integrate backend APIs and ensure mobile flows are stable, secure and reliable. - Improve app performance, crash rate, loading states, responsiveness, memory usage and battery efficiency. - Use analytics, user behaviour and production issues to improve the product. - Build AI-assisted mobile experiences only where they genuinely improve the user journey.
