Role Description We're looking for an experienced Senior Social Commerce Strategist to lead and scale high-performing TikTok Shop affiliate programs for a portfolio of fast-growing consumer brands. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll own program performance from end to end. You'll develop affiliate growth strategies, manage client relationships, analyze performance data, optimize creator programs, and build scalable processes that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate programs, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoys combining strategy, execution, analytics, and leadership to deliver outstanding performance. What You'll Do - Social Commerce Strategy - Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies that drive GMV growth. - Define creator, product, sampling, and activation strategies. - Continuously optimize programs based on platform trends and performance data. - Client Success & Strategy - Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts. - Lead client meetings, present performance insights, and recommend growth opportunities. - Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and execution. - Creator & Affiliate Management - Lead creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and activation. - Manage affiliate pipelines, product sampling, and creator performance. - Optimize outreach messaging, creator engagement, and conversion rates. - Performance & Reporting - Monitor KPIs including GMV, ROAS, conversions, creator activity, and content production. - Build and maintain dashboards that support data-driven decision making. - Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. - Process Improvement & Leadership - Develop scalable SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices. - Help establish processes that improve efficiency across the social commerce function. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous team development. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or Creator Economy. - At least 2 years managing TikTok Shop Affiliate Center across multiple brands or clients. - Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center. - Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations. - Proven success driving GMV growth and affiliate program performance. - Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and operational workflows. - Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. - High level of ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. - Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Agency or multi-client experience. - Experience with paid creator campaigns. - Background in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands. - Experience mentoring team members. - Familiarity with Meta Affiliate programs.
