Role Description Are you a social media savvy, relationship-builder with a passion for sports and collectibles? Players Pins, a rapidly growing sports collectibles brand, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help expand our brand presence and engage our passionate community. You will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers to amplify our unique, patent-pending collectible sports pins across various platforms. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential influencers, content creators, and sports personalities who align with the Players Pins brand and target audience. - Initiate outreach and build strong, lasting relationships with influencers, fostering genuine collaborations. - Coordinate the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content briefs, product seeding, and timeline management. - Monitor influencer content to ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met. - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Assist with managing the social media content calendar and scheduling posts as needed. - Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and campaign details. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing strategies. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform changes, and emerging influencer marketing best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 1+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or public relations, with some exposure to influencer outreach or community management. - Demonstrated understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) and their analytics. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. - A genuine passion for sports, collectibles, pop culture, or fashion. - Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
