What you'll own: - Concepting, briefing, and iterating ad creative for all ad platforms. - Owning and streamlining the Ad Creative process with our team. - Identifying winning concepts, angles, and hooks. - Owning our target audience and translating insights into action. - Testing creative at pace and turning results into the next round of winners. - Staying ahead of creative trends and watching competitors closely. - Working directly with our CEO and our creators/editors. Qualifications - A portfolio with clear, proven results in paid ads for D2C brands.
