Title: Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney Location: Dallas, TX Compensation $260,000 – $390,000+ Job Description A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing lenders, borrowers, creditors, investors, and other stakeholders in sophisticated finance, restructuring, and insolvency matters. Ideal Background • 3–5 years of finance, restructuring, bankruptcy, or commercial finance experience gained at a law firm • Experience representing lenders, borrowers, creditors, investors, or other stakeholders in sophisticated financing and restructuring matters • Experience handling secured lending transactions, workouts, restructurings, and other commercial finance matters • Experience with bankruptcy proceedings, distressed transactions, and insolvency-related matters is preferred • Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, restructuring agreements, financing documents, and related transaction documentation • Working knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and secured lending concepts is preferred • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work directly with clients and assume significant responsibility • Excellent academic credentials • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required • Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated finance and restructuring platform Exposure to complex financing, workout, and restructuring matters Significant client interaction and responsibility Strong mentorship and professional development ✅ Collaborative and team-oriented environment Partnership-track opportunity Interested?
