Your journey begins here. The US Employment Practice seeks a mid-level associate to join our Employment practice. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three of experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred. Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must work from the New York, Philadelphia or Northern Virginia office and must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work.
