• You provide flexible support to our team during periods of increased workload — for example during seasonal peaks. • As a member of our Customer Relations team, you handle customer inquiries via email, phone and chat. • You answer questions about our products, orders and services. • You are also responsible for maintaining orders and master data in our ERP system.

Job Requirements

  • You enjoy working with people and have a service-oriented mindset.
  • Your communication style is friendly, reliable and solution-focused.
  • You work carefully and independently.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English are essential.
