Role Description - Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer MES-Business-Applikationen gemäß den vereinbarten SLA’s sicher. - Du analysierst und behebst Störungen oder leitest sie an den 3rd-Level-Support weiter, verfolgst die Lösung bis zum Abschluss und gibst Rückmeldung an den Kunden (Application Lifecycle Management). - Du übernimmst Hotline-Support im Rahmen einer 24/7-Rufbereitschaft. - Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden und koordinierst die fachübergreifende Kommunikation bei anwendungsbezogenen Vorfällen. - Du überwachst die relevanten Parameter für Applikationen, Middleware und Hardware. - Du unterstützt bei der Konfiguration und Optimierung unserer Applikationslandschaft. - Du führst Installationen, Upgrades, Patches sowie Schulungen für Anwender:innen durch. - Du erstellst und führst Ad-hoc-DB-Abfragen aus und übernimmst kleinere Software-Entwicklungen. - Du dokumentierst Applikationen, Support-Prozesse, Reports und KPIs. - Du betreust Kundenprojekte und übernimmst die Teilprojektleitung im agilen Umfeld. Qualifications - Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Software-Applikationen, im Application Lifecycle Management, in DevOps, im Anwender-Support oder in der Systemadministration mit. - Erste Erfahrungen in der Implementierung von Enterprise-Systemen (PLM, ERP oder MES) sind von Vorteil. - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Windows sowie Client-/Server-Technologien. - Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit IT-Infrastrukturen, Software-Architekturen und Datenbank-Strukturen aus. - Du hast vertiefte Kenntnisse in Linux, Java und Datenbanken. - Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, auch im agilen Umfeld. - Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig, kunden- und serviceorientiert und nutzt Deinen Handlungsspielraum aktiv. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
