The Atlassian Engineer is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the USMS Atlassian Suite, which includes Jira Software, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket, and various plugins. Manages workflows, automating processes, and ensures seamless integration between applications to support agile project management, team collaboration, and version control. Oversees user access permissions, identity management, and system governance within AWS GovCloud infrastructure. Troubleshoots issues, implements advanced customizations using tools like ScriptRunner and JIRA MISC Workflow extensions, and maintains consistency across projects and spaces. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience performing software/engineer workflow, identity management, configuration, and automation.
- Bachelor's degree, One-and-one-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408 - $213,906.
- This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
- Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
- This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
