Senior DevOps Engineer

N2JSoft, administrative and HR softwares

• Contribute to the evolution and reliability of our AWS/EKS infrastructure. • Support efforts around scalability, reliability, and platform industrialization. • Improve our monitoring, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. • Automate and industrialize infrastructure and deployment processes. • Guide development teams on platform and cloud topics and best practices. • Own initiatives independently, from design through production rollout.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of development experience.
  • Strong expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Experience with containerized environments and modern cloud architectures.
  • Good understanding of scalability and operational challenges of SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
  • Ability to automate via scripting or development (Bash, Python, TypeScript, Go...).
  • Ability to work autonomously and own end-to-end initiatives.
  • Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable in a developing environment that still requires structure.
