Achieve Something Great An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Dietitian to join our Renal Service at Liverpool Hospital, delivering high-quality, patient-centred nutrition care to people living with advanced kidney disease, in both inpatient and outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex needs. Are You the Right Fit? We are looking for a Dietitian who: - Demonstrates advanced clinical skills in managing complex caseloads - Has experience in renal nutrition - Is committed to patient-centred care and shared decision making - Communicates effectively within multidisciplinary teams - Shows strong commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. - Post graduate qualification or Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics as recognized by the Dietitians Association of Australia. - Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic care, with experience in working with patient chronic kidney disease and independently manage a complex clinical caseload, including application of advanced clinical reasoning, nutrition assessment, care planning, and evaluation - Demonstrated effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care, including the ability to influence care planning and engage patients and carers - Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to support the learning of others, including provision of education, supervision of students or junior staff, and contribution to a positive workplace culture - Demonstrated understanding of clinical governance, professional standards, and ethical practice, including adherence to policies, risk management, and contribution to safe, high-quality care. - Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
