Role Description ALTEN México busca un(a) Especialista en CAD/Routing Sr, para diseñar y optimizar el cableado para un Fire Suppression and Quad Skid System en un Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). - Diseño completo y definición en 3D de las rutas de los arneses eléctricos del sistema de supresión de incendios y del quad skid system, así como de cualquier elemento adyacente necesario. - Definición en 2D completada de los arneses eléctricos descritos anteriormente. - Generar dibujos 2D para fabricación y ensamblaje, incluyendo detalles de montaje y listas de materiales. - Colaborar con ingenieros eléctricos para asegurar que las rutas cumplan con requisitos de longitud, radio de curvatura y protección. - Colaborar con equipos de integración para asegurar que los diseños cumplan con requisitos funcionales y de fabricación. - Participar en revisiones técnicas para incorporar feedback y ajustar diseños. - Optimizar diseños para fabricación, considerando restricciones de costo, material y ensamblaje. Qualifications - Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Diseño Industrial o afín. - Conocimientos en sistemas de cableado. - Conocimientos en diseño CAD 3D y enrutamiento de sistemas eléctricos. - Dominio de SolidWorks, CATIA V6 o NX para modelado 3D de ensamblajes complejos. - Experiencia en diseño de gabinetes, pasantes y sistemas de gestión de cables. - Elaboración de diagramas eléctricos en 2D y documentación técnica para fabricación y ensamblaje. - Uso avanzado de SolidWorks Routing, Zuken E3 o Capital Harness para enrutamiento de arneses. - Optimización de rutas para minimizar interferencias, longitud de cable y costos de fabricación. - Capacidad para colaborar con equipos de diseño mecánico para definir rutas de cableado, pasantes y puntos de montaje. - Generación de documentación técnica completa, incluyendo dibujos 2D, BOM y manuales de ensamblaje. - Experiencia en diseño de sistemas que operen en condiciones ambientales adversas. - Inglés: Avanzado.
