AO Globe Life is actively hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications, or individuals seeking a people-centered career with meaningful growth potential. This role focuses on client education, relationship-building, and ongoing support. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting. Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options Support clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized digital records and timely follow-up communication Deliver a high level of service to ensure client satisfaction Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Build long-term client relationships that support retention and trust

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using video platforms and digital tools
  • Passion for service-driven work and helping others
  • Customer service or client-facing experience preferred, not required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
