Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Node.js, NestJS
Avenga
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and React • Build and support cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and GitOps practices • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms, APIs, and third-party systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-critical solutions • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices • Contribute to platform engineering initiatives that improve developer experience and system reliability
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js development experience
- Hands-on commercial experience with NestJS
- Commercial experience with React or Next.js
- AWS in production environments
- Kubernetes, Docker and Helm
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Enterprise API integrations
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Role Description - Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. - Build high-performance reactive applications using Spring WebFlux. - Develop and consume RESTful APIs following best practices. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. - Deploy and support applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases. - Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
