Job Description

Development Associate

Future Now

The Development Associate will have the opportunity to build and maintain the supportive tissue that upholds the Development Team and assists them in achieving their fundraising goals. Their primary focus will be on providing critical and seamless support for all Development Team members, including: Administrative support Data & database management Project management Donor prospecting Operations tasks as needed This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Development Operations. The successful candidate will have a background in fundraising, exceptional communication skills, excellent project execution skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and critical thinking abilities, as well as a deep interest in understanding the intersection of policy and electoral work in American politics. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fundraising
  • 2+ years of experience fundraising for PACs and 501c4’s
  • Experience building and maintaining fundraising infrastructure, primarily working in donor databases
  • Project management expertise
  • Experience fundraising in a national political environment a plus
  • Experience operating within HubSpot and AirTable a plus

  • The salary for this position is $76,385 - $80,628. Salary offers are made based on the market rate and the candidate's demonstrated level of proficiency, experience, and credentials.
