Role Description As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will: - Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. - Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families. - Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are. - Deliver meaningful parent training and support. - Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals. Qualifications - Active BCBA certification. - Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. - Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration. - Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference. - Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors. • Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists. Conduct regular individual consultation sessions to ensure high-quality care and professional development • Facilitate group case consultations and lead team meetings to promote collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing • Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation to maintain best practices • Ensure therapists' compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards • Provide on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating basis) for complex or crisis situations • Mentor and support therapists in their professional growth • Participate in quality assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurements • Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement new evidence-based treatment approaches and programs
