• Entendimento de contexto e dores do cliente • Atuar junto ao time comercial e stakeholders para compreender o contexto, necessidades e dores dos clientes • Participar de conversas, levantamentos e alinhamentos para garantir entendimento claro do problema antes de propor qualquer solução • Questionar demandas quando necessário, buscando ir além do pedido inicial e chegar na real necessidade • Análise e estruturação de soluções • Traduzir problemas de negócio em soluções digitais viáveis • Estruturar fluxos, regras de negócio e comportamentos esperados do sistema • Avaliar diferentes abordagens para resolver o problema, considerando impacto, esforço e viabilidade técnica • Garantir que a solução proposta faça sentido tanto para o cliente quanto para o time de desenvolvimento • Construção e detalhamento de escopo • Organizar e estruturar requisitos de forma clara e compreensível para o time técnico • Escrever histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e regras de negócio • Garantir que o escopo esteja completo, consistente e alinhado com o objetivo da solução • Acompanhamento e validação de entregas • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das soluções junto ao time técnico • Esclarecer dúvidas e ajustar direcionamentos ao longo da execução • Validar entregas garantindo aderência ao problema e à solução definida • Conexão entre áreas • Atuar como ponte entre cliente, comercial e time técnico • Garantir alinhamento de expectativas entre todas as partes envolvidas • Comunicar decisões, mudanças e impactos de forma clara
Job Requirements
- Conhecimento PyTorch e/ou TensorFlow
- Conhecimento em Python
- Entendimento sólido de arquitetura de sistemas em alto nível: APIs REST, integrações entre sistemas, webhooks, autenticação (OAuth, JWT) e fluxos de dados entre aplicações
- Conhecimento de bancos de dados relacionais e capacidade de ler e escrever consultas SQL básicas a intermediárias para validação de regras e análise de dados
- Familiaridade com conceitos de UX/UI para colaborar com designers na construção de soluções centradas no usuário
- Capacidade de interpretar diagramas técnicos (fluxogramas, BPMN, diagramas de sequência, ER) e criar os próprios quando necessário
- Noções de linguagens de programação e frameworks modernos (não é necessário codar, mas ajuda na comunicação com o time técnico)
- Conhecimento de arquiteturas em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP) em nível conceitual
- Experiência com integrações envolvendo ERPs, CRMs ou sistemas legados
- Noções de LGPD e boas práticas de segurança aplicadas a produtos digitais
- Ferramentas de analytics e product discovery (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Postman ou Insomnia para exploração de APIs
- Ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao fluxo de trabalho (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) para acelerar documentação e análises
- Conhecimentos em Inteligência Artificial
- Uso fluente de assistentes de IA generativa (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) para acelerar documentação, análise de requisitos, redação de histórias de usuário e estruturação de fluxos
- Capacidade de elaborar prompts efetivos (prompt engineering) para obter resultados consistentes em tarefas de discovery, análise e documentação
- Entendimento conceitual sobre LLMs (Large Language Models): o que são, para que servem, suas limitações (alucinações, contexto, custo) e quando faz sentido aplicá-los em uma solução
- Noções sobre RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) e indexação de documentos para construção de soluções que combinam IA com bases de conhecimento do cliente
- Experiência em projetos que envolveram funcionalidades baseadas em IA (chatbots, assistentes, classificação automática, extração de dados de documentos, sumarização, busca semântica)
- Familiaridade com APIs de provedores de IA (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) e seus modelos de pricing por tokens
- Conhecimento sobre orquestração de agentes de IA (frameworks como LangChain, n8n com nós de IA, ou similares) em nível conceitual
- Noções de avaliação de soluções de IA: como medir qualidade, definir critérios de aceite e estruturar testes para funcionalidades probabilísticas
- Sensibilidade para questões éticas e de governança em IA: privacidade de dados, viés, transparência e conformidade com LGPD em soluções que processam dados de clientes
- Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de automação e ganho de produtividade com IA dentro do escopo de soluções para clientes.
