Job Requirements

  • Must possess current and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy issued by state of residence.
  • Three (3) years of experience as a pharmacist in a clinical setting.
  • Two (2) years of managed care experience.
  • Specific knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA and regulatory environment.

Shift: You will be required to work anywhere from 8a - 3a, EST, Mon - Fri. Key Responsibilities: - Obtain, verify, and document accurate medication histories by communicating with patients, caregivers, pharmacies, providers, and other healthcare professionals. - Support pharmacists by escalating medication discrepancies or clinical concerns and ensuring documentation is completed in electronic medical records. - Assist leadership with daily workflow coordination, staffing coverage, team communication, onboarding, training, coaching, and operational support. - Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, service expectations, and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
