Role Description We are seeking an experienced Creative Content Manager to oversee content strategy, social media management, and video production. This role requires a creative leader who can transform ideas, stories, and business objectives into engaging content while managing a team of video editors and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all platforms. This is not solely an editing role. We are looking for someone who can own the entire content process from concept through publication while leading a team of editors and ensuring content aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals - Turn concepts, stories, and ideas into engaging content plans - Own the content production process from concept through publication - Manage content production workflows and publishing schedules - Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of video editors and content creators - Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met - Review, approve, and provide feedback on content before publication - Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze content metrics including engagement, watch time, audience retention, and reach - Identify opportunities to grow social media accounts and audience engagement - Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices - Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align content with company objectives - Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms Platforms & Tools Used - Instagram - TikTok - Facebook - YouTube - LinkedIn - Adobe Premiere Pro - Final Cut Pro - DaVinci Resolve - CapCut - Canva - Adobe Photoshop Qualifications - Proven experience managing social media content and content production teams - Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video content - Advanced video editing skills - Ability to take a vision, concept, or story and transform it into compelling content - Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of video editors - Experience managing remote creative teams - Strong understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics - Experience growing social media accounts and audiences - Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools - Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members simultaneously - Experience with social media advertising is a plus - Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus Portfolio Requirements - Portfolio showcasing short-form video content - Examples of long-form video projects - Social media accounts, brands, or campaigns managed - Examples of content strategy, creative direction, or team leadership experience

• Develop and manage Chamber of Progress’ video content strategy across policy, communications, and advocacy campaigns • Produce, edit, and package short-form videos for social media, digital advocacy, press engagement, and organizational storytelling • Turn policy ideas, campaign messages, research findings, and earned media moments into clear and compelling video content • Work with communications, campaigns, policy, and government relations staff to identify video opportunities tied to legislative, regulatory, and news moments • Create video products for multiple formats and platforms, including vertical social clips, explainers, event recaps, interview clips, rapid-response videos, and partner-facing updates • Coordinate graphics, captions, thumbnails, b-roll, stock footage, music, and other production elements • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style for Chamber of Progress video content • Track performance of video content and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, and impact • Coordinate with outside vendors or freelancers as needed for specialized production, animation, filming, or paid media projects • Work closely with Senior Creative Director and Senior Director of Communications
• Conceptualize, produce, and edit high quality video content for social media platforms, websites, and live events • Travel to AnnieMac Momentum Group branches for onsite video shoots • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams • Operate video production equipment and edit video content
