• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photography content for brand, marketing, and internal communications • Edit video footage, including sequencing, color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics • Capture and edit professional photography for digital, social media, web, events, and campaigns • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals • Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards • Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, on-site shooting, and post-production editing • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper file management and accessibility • Adapt and deliver assets in multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for different platforms • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelines • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and photography
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production and/or photography
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, camera equipment, and post-production techniques
- Demonstrated portfolio of video and photography work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
