• Serve as an experienced individual contributor responsible for the availability, performance, and reliability of a large federal enterprise cloud platform that operates around the clock • Help meet scope, schedule, and delivery requirements while shaping the platform's reliability strategy • Defining and maintaining service level objectives (SLOs), service level indicators, and error budgets, and driving the platform toward them • Designing and operating observability across metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting • Leading incident response and on-call practices, including escalation, mitigation, and time-to-recovery improvements • Driving blameless postmortems and systemic reliability improvements • Engineering automation to eliminate toil and improve operational efficiency • Self-directed design of reliable cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) • Building reusable modules and mentoring engineers on reliability practices • Presenting design documents and system diagrams to stakeholders • Participating in technical depth interviews with new candidates

• Facilitate an Agile Release Train supporting a large federal enterprise cloud platform • Coordinate multiple agile teams to deliver value predictably within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment • Lead program-level ceremonies • Manage cross-team dependencies • Help the train meet its scope, schedule, and quality commitments • Drive the Agile Release Train toward predictable delivery and PI objective attainment • Maintain the program board and track delivery status to stakeholders • Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on SAFe practices • Support continuous improvement of flow, cadence, and team health across the train • Communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

• Serve as a platform automation and secure-delivery subject matter expert supporting a large federal enterprise cloud platform • Design and operate secure, automated CI/CD pipelines • Embed security across the pipeline • Engineer and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform) • Build and harden containerized, Kubernetes-based deployments • Apply zero-trust principles and support continuous Authority to Operate (ATO) • Collaborate with government stakeholders and application teams • Participate in technical depth interviews with new candidates

• Help ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of a large federal enterprise cloud platform • Monitor platform health and support service level objectives (SLOs), service level indicators, and error budgets • Build and maintain observability tooling, including metrics, logging, alerting, and dashboards • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, helping restore service and reduce time to recovery • Contribute to blameless postmortems and drive follow-up actions • Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil • Support capacity planning and performance tuning across cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) • Implement reliability improvements as infrastructure as code (Terraform) • Work with government partners and application teams to meet security, SLA, and performance requirements • Support recruiting efforts by evaluating exercises and assisting with interviews
