Ingeniero de Automatización y Gobierno – Power Platform

• Definir y mantener el modelo de gobierno para Power Platform y Power Automate. • Diseñar y operar la ruta oficial de ambientes para automatizaciones empresariales. • Implementar y estandarizar ALM para soluciones críticas mediante Solutions, Connection References, Environment Variables y Power Platform Pipelines. • Integrar la estrategia de despliegue con Azure DevOps. • Diseñar, socializar y hacer cumplir políticas DLP y controles de conectores. • Construir y mantener un inventario maestro de automatizaciones. • Definir el modelo de monitoreo y observabilidad para automatizaciones. • Acompañar a negocio y a los makers en el diseño de automatizaciones sostenibles. • Identificar automatizaciones construidas en agentes, GPTs, copilotos u otras herramientas de productividad. • Participar en la evaluación técnica de nuevos casos de automatización. • Crear runbooks, estándares, plantillas y documentación reutilizable. • Promover buenas prácticas de seguridad, calidad y resiliencia, • Liderar o apoyar la implementación de un modelo de Centro de Excelencia. • Definir indicadores de éxito de la estrategia. • Coordinar con equipos de arquitectura, seguridad, operaciones, datos y desarrollo. • Presentar de forma periódica a áreas de negocio y liderazgo el avance de adopción de la estrategia.

Job Requirements

  • Estudios Universitarios / Carrera Profesional
  • 5-10 años de experiencia profesional
  • Power Platform: Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps, Dataverse, Solutions, Connection References, Environment Variables, Managed Environments, Power Platform Pipelines y Center of Excellence Starter Kit.
  • Gobierno y seguridad: DLP, control de conectores, control de ambientes, licenciamiento, ownership, inventario de activos, clasificación por criticidad y continuidad operativa.
  • Integración y desarrollo: APIs REST, JSON, HTTP, webhooks, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions o AWS lambdas, Logic Apps, PowerShell o Bash, Python, C# o Node.js para extensiones y automatización avanzada.
  • Desarrollo de aplicaciones: experiencia diseñando y construyendo aplicaciones empresariales, servicios backend, integraciones y componentes reutilizables con criterios de mantenibilidad, seguridad y soporte.
  • Nube y plataforma: experiencia sólida en AWS, especialmente en servicios como Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, IAM, Secrets Manager, Step Functions y patrones de integración cloud-native.
  • Datos e integraciones empresariales: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL Server, Azure Storage, OneDrive, SAP o integraciones equivalentes según contexto organizacional.
  • CI/CD y plataforma: Azure DevOps, repositorios Git, versionamiento, PRs, aprobaciones, despliegues auditables, trazabilidad de cambios y automatización de validaciones.
  • Observabilidad: Power Platform analytics, Data export, Dynatrace, métricas operativas, alertas y análisis de causas de fallo.
  • Arquitectura y operación: análisis de procesos, diseño de soluciones low-code con guardrails, soporte post despliegue, runbooks, troubleshooting y mejora continua.
