Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – IAM, Security

• Lead the delivery of a PKI modernization program, replacing legacy certificate management tooling and implementing automated certificate lifecycle management. • Drive integration of the PKI ecosystem with ServiceNow, CMDB, and enterprise governance processes. • Lead the rollout of wearable authentication and hardware token solutions for manufacturing and laboratory environments. • Define a standardized authentication model and implementation roadmap aligned with the corporate IAM strategy. • Coordinate integration with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID B2C. • Manage vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee project planning, governance, risk management, budget, timelines, and executive reporting. • Ensure delivery complies with cybersecurity standards and GxP requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering PKI, IAM, Identity & Access Management, or cybersecurity-related projects.
- Knowledge of certificate lifecycle management, authentication technologies, or enterprise identity platforms.
- Experience implementing cloud-based enterprise solutions and coordinating technical vendors.
- Familiarity with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, or authentication technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with excellent project governance skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, PKI automation, or certificate management platforms.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of wearable authentication, MFA, or hardware token technologies.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
