• Plan, execute, and prioritize complex technical issues, especially those related to the financial sector or engineering platform products. • Serve as the team's technical reference, actively participating in decisions and guiding colleagues toward robust, scalable solutions. • Help the team resolve problems with loosely defined scope, working with cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration across areas. • Contribute suggestions, constructive feedback, and technical decisions, promoting knowledge sharing within the team. • Define technical roadmaps and independently lead deliveries of larger projects, even when they involve cross-team dependencies.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with React (web), Java (Spring Boot), and databases.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns, code design best practices, componentization, and modular structure.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, communicating effectively with designers, product managers, and developers.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
