Consumer Direct Loan Officer
Leader Bank
• Meet with potential clients to understand their financial needs and find the best mortgage product • Empathize with clients and partners • Originate residential mortgage loans in accordance with Bank policy • Adhere to the Bank’s privacy and data security policies
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of prior loan origination experience required
- Documented residential mortgage loan volume of at least $15 million in the past 12 months.
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to prioritize activities and establish and maintain working relationships with team members
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems, applications, and workflows
- Good under pressure to successfully navigate stressful work assignments
- Must meet and follow all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLS.
