• Build and maintain systems for tracking ideas through development • Identify researchers and institutions we should know, build relationships with them, and keep the team informed about new opportunities • Find the right people and places for each story — and handle the outreach needed to make access happen • Stay across the latest research and discoveries — and flag developments that could become great Veritasium stories • Spot new stories, write pitches and present ideas to the team

• Research real estate titles to produce a title commitment and/or title certificate • Update title abstracts to register property • Provide title evidence to examiners, attorneys or outside title company to facilitate real estate closings • Prioritize orders based on closing date • Acquire documents at district court, bankruptcy court and other appropriate sources • Research real estate records, title problems and legal descriptions • Transcribe/copy pertinent information into a format usable for processing, examining and closing personnel • Provide customer service and problem-solving to all other departments and answer all inquiries regarding title searches

• Explore trading ideas by analyzing market data with fundamental statistical theories • Apply programming, quantitative and statistical skills to the research of market trends, reversions, patterns, and complete data-driven projects • Apply statistical techniques throughout the whole process from data mining to execution • Be self-sufficient designing, building, maintaining and enhancing a systemic and data-driven approach with tools necessary to test and evaluate trading algorithms and business opportunities • Conduct research to improve risk management, revenue capture, and market coverage and contribute to libraries of analytic tools for market data analytics and trade strategy optimization • Adhere to risk and capital usage limits • Coordinate daily trading activities with operations, trading support, brokers, among others • Use data analysis tools to identify and respond to unique market opportunities • Use cutting edge technology to build out effective trading strategies • Mentor, manage or train junior traders to complete projects and learn all facets of trading

• Deliver completed lead generation outputs based on Korean-language online research • Provide accurate data entry, enrichment, and maintenance deliverables • Validate and cleanse datasets according to defined project specifications • Ensure research outputs meet documented quality and acceptance criteria
