Freelance Real Estate Management & Performance Coach
Golden Hire
• Individual support for mentees • Monthly 1.5-hour individual coaching session with each mentee • Asynchronous strategic follow-up via Slack • Facilitation of group sessions on key topics • Coordination with other coaches and experts
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in operational real estate
- Knowledge of rental property operational challenges
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, Fathom
- Ability to explain complex issues in plain language
- Significant personal real estate holdings (approximately €1M)
